Taktak Mo O Tatakbo Scam – The Eat Bulaga Scandal

Eat Bulaga, one of the longest running (if not the longest running) noontime show in the Philippines is now under fire as they are accused in a recent scam in one of their segment Taktak Mo O Tatakbo – a portion wherein they offer a game of luck with contestants having the chance of winning one million pesos.
In the jackpot round of the said segment, the contestant spun the roulette and it stopped almost midway the one million pesos and 50,000 pesos. In the video clip below, although it was a close call it seemed that the pointer was more on the 1 million side of the roulette. But Vic Sotto said, “Ako tingin ko rito lamang sa, walang ano ‘to ha lamang sa singkwenta..”
Speculations went into different entertainment forums and even in the own website of Eat Bulaga saying that it was pure scam and it was pretty obvious that the roulette shows 1 million pesos. Others also said that Eat Bulaga don’t want to give away another 1 million after a number of contestants already won 1 million just for the first month of 2009. Rumors arised from some forums that says Eat Bulaga don’t have a major sponsor at the moment that’s why they can’t afford spending that much anymore.
Anyway, whatever is true, let’s here what the Eat Bulaga management will say about this Taktak Mo O Tatakbo scam.

Uunga noh, naku…. mukhang 1 million nga yon. Hindi kaya sa camera sablay? kung makakalusot lang, hahaha. Fan kasi ak ng Eat bulaga, pero sa tingin ko 1 million talaga to, wawa naman yung nanalo.

Tignan nyo maige yung video, bandang 1:08, notice yung blue na light, it’s the divisor of the 1M and the 50k, mas lamang cia sa left side so obviously, nasa 50k malapit yung arrow which is in the right side. Yung gumawa nitong video na to ay pinasama lang yung image ng eat bulaga!

1 Million nga. I checked the EB forum and they are in agreement that it was in fact 1 million. I don’t think pinapasama ng ng video ang image ng EB kasi bago ilagay yang video, sinabi na ng mga fans na 1 million yun.

Mga baliw balak nio lng siraan ang eat bulaga…. palibhasa mga corning wowowee subscriber’s kayo yung host malibog na madaya manood kayo sa youtube huh para malaman nio eto tittle nung video…. “kita mo” yan search nio para malaman nio kung sino talaga ang tunay na madaya…..weeeeeeeeeeee

very close pero tama si Jeff (number 3 comment). look at the blue divisor light, mas nasa left side na ang arrow kaya nasa side na ng 50 thousand, that’s how i see it….
