ABS-CBN’s Precious Hearts Romances anniversary will be offering Martha Cecilia’s “Kristine Series.
It will feature Cristine Reyes and Zanjoe Marudo. Zanjoe will play the role of Bernard da Silva while Cristine will play Jewel Fortalejo. “Kristine Series” is one of the most popular Precious Heart Romances (PHR) pocketbooks and its TV adaptation will be directed by Rory Quintos.

hi guys!for me wlang msama sa mga characters ng abs as long na kya nilang iportray ang role.bsta ako,inaabangan ko ang marco-emerald kasi ito fav ko sa kristine series.sna lng nauna yung love story nila bgo ang kina jewel-bernard.i am also a fan of rafnise loveteam that’s why i always watching the kristine of abscbn pero sana tlga merong sariling story ang kina emerald-marco.yun lng po.thanks!and God bless………!!!!!!!!!!
i think denise and rafael gave justice to the original characters in the book..i hope they’ll not change the story much..gudluck
for my own opinion.. i like the teleserye kristine series in channel 2.. i also read the books of martha cecilia.. she was a good writer..we should be not judgemental about the series.. their going to change every details in the pocketbooks to make it more suspense… i ,love zanjoe marudo and kristine reyes.. although jewel in the book was morena.. its a challenge to the cast to pursue their characters… i also love rafael russell and deniose laurel… very good tandem.. keep iy up…

me too.. im an avid fan of kristine series.. i love the chemistry between denise laurel and rafael rosell.. bagay sila, super! perfect sila as emerald and marco according to the description in the book. i like them since they really tried their best to portray the amazing characters.. it’s as if they were really the people that martha was imagining while she was writing her masterpiece.. although jewel and bernard seems to be not exactly the characters in the book for ms kristine is fair while our beloved jewel is morena and zanjoe looks like a funny guy in the movie when in fact bernard is the serious type but i believe twists are coming to shock people.. i think abs-cbn is aware that people who are avid fans of kristine series might react or may have violent reactions with the choice of characters.. yet as ive said i believe that the staff are just doing these things to have a very beautiful piece and art.. im happy also that u allow miss chin-chin to be the ever-stunning esmeralda and the actor as don leon is a very good choice.. he is very impressive in the sense that he really act as the strong and powerful don leon fortalejo! go martha! keep it up! as well as the abs-cbn staff, especially the actors.. love ur movie so much! hehe.. how we waited this to come that the stories we’re used to read n follow are what we’re seeing now at chanel 2..

I like the team up of rafael and denise sila ang pinapanuod namin ,kasi may chemistry.sana yung story nalang nila ,kasi medyo oa ang dating ni jewel at jaime. super ganda ng story,kaysa mad adopt tayo ng korea novela,maganda ito dahil sariling atin, please habaan nino ang scene nina marco at emerald, alam ninyo bang sila ang pinag-uusapan d2 sa buong roxas city.hindi ko talaga pinalalampas ang marco at emerald,super ganda talaga ng story nila.can`t wait to see ang mainit nilang eksena talagang bagay na bagay sila. sana more projects sa kanila at movies. okey nga na ginawang series, kaysa mag adopt tayo ng koreanovela, atleast makikila ang filipino writer natin,at ang ganda ng choice kasi bagay sa character ni rafael at denise .natural at nakakanlove talaga sila. but jewel and jaime medyo oa and datong nila kulang sa emotion at walang chemistry. rafael and denise may chemistry talaga,nanunuod kalang sa kanila talagang maiinlove ka ky marco. excelent choic abs. sana guest niyo lagi rafael at denise asap dahil sila ang nag papakompleto ng gabi namin kahit medyo late na okey lang di namin pinalalagpas.
…I’m really an avid reader of Precious Hearts Romance pocketbooks, I never read tagalog anybooks except PHR. So, I was really excited when Kristine series became a teleserye aside from the novels televised.
However, I was really disappointed with the characters chosen especially Christine Reyes as Kristine Jewel Fortalejo. Well, we really can’t please anybody but I just hope they would hear to all the comments posted. They’re making it a hit teleserye, so why not make it the most out it?..I’m excited to see the story of Karl Anton Cervantes and Lorabelle..Good luck ABS-CBN, I’m still a Kapamilya no matter what!

i’ve been an avid fan of martha cecilia and the love story of bernard and jewel is one of my favorites.tama lng pala ang desisyon kung wag manood ng tv series kasi sa characters palang d na nabigyan ng justice ang sinulat ng author. ang layo ni christine reyes kay jewel. the description of the character does not fit her physically.tsk3. wag na kayo manood kung nabasa nyo ang pocketbook. masisira lng ang imagination nyo.he3
