ABS-CBN Reveals Upcoming Shows This February

Fully loaded. This is what ABS-CBN offers for its televiewers starting this February of 2009. There will be 3 new shows and a current tandem set to move in primetime to change regular programming history.

First offering will be May Bukas Pa which will start this February 2 starring seven-year-old wonder kid Zaijan Jaramilla as Santino. Previous reports said that the first project should have been Marcelino Pan Y Vino, a 1955 Spanish film to be adapted locally but the management changed plans for unknown reasons.

By February 16, mornings will never be the same again as Ruffa Gutierrez and Ai-Ai delas Alas builds the newest tandem in Ruffa and Ai, a show mixed with katatawanan and their kakikayan.

The strong tandem of Kris Aquino and Boy Abunda is set to move on primetime starting February 16 with their new show SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon.

The last one will feature Diamond star Maricel Soriano in the remake of Florinda, the final installment of Sineserye Presents: The Susan Roces Collection. The cast includes Roxanne Guinoo, Jay Manalo, Zanjoe Marudo, Cherry Pie Picache, William Martinez and Nikki Gil.
